1 The association is a co-operative work so it should be managed and maintained by each member of it.
2. The association mainly formed by group of people association is carried out to bring out some functional activities in the organization.
3. To carry a smooth flow of associations each individual plays a very important role so association also depends on each individual’s interest.
4. Association also needs funds and financial budgets to develop it.
5. Member participation is also required.
6. Unity of work is also need by associations.
7. Team of group work is also need by the associations.
